7. Cancellation
If you need to cancel your booking, please do so in writing via email or contact us directly via WhatsApp or phone at 8590043039. Cancellations made more than one day before the scheduled service date will incur no cancellation fee. However, cancellations made within the day of the service will result in a 50% cancellation fee, which is deducted from the total booking amount. If the client does not inform us even on the day of the appointment, no refund will be issued. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, so please contact us directly if you have any special circumstances, and we’ll be happy to discuss possible adjustments. 8. Governing Law
Any claim relating to The Insight Centre's web site shall be governed by the laws of the State of Kerala, India without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
